Project Overview:
Al Ghadeer 2 Village is a residential development commissioned by the Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf Investment Commission to address the growing demand for affordable housing in the region. Located 160 km south of Baghdad and 11 km north of the city center of Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf, the village offers modern amenities and infrastructure. The project includes the construction of 1300 residential units, along with essential community facilities such as a mosque, schools, a police station, a shopping center, a bank, and other service buildings.
